To perform our contract with you: processing payments, fulfilling orders, sending notifications about your account and purchases, creating and managing your account, arranging shipping, and handling returns/exchanges. Shopify may process your information as described in its Privacy Policy and Consumer Privacy Policy.

  • Marketing and Advertising. To send marketing and promotional communications and to show you advertisements for products or services, including tailoring on our Site and elsewhere. EEA legal basis: our legitimate interest in promoting our products (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and/or your consent where required.

  • Security and Fraud Prevention. To detect, investigate, and act on fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity, and to keep accounts secure. EEA legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Communicating with You and Service Improvement. To provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and improve the Services. EEA legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Global Privacy Control (GPC). Our website recognizes the GPC signal. If you enable GPC, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of sharing/targeted advertising for the associated browser or device and, where we can associate the device with a Shopify account, we will apply it to the account as well. Learn more at https://globalprivacycontrol.org/. Other than GPC, we do not respond to other “Do Not Track” signals.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

Recipients include service providers (e.g., internet service providers, payment processors, fulfillment partners, support partners, analytics providers), business/marketing partners, and affiliates.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information without your consent or for the purpose of inferring characteristics.

Sale/Sharing for advertising. With your consent where required, we may “sell” or “share” (as defined by applicable law) the following categories for advertising/marketing:

  • Identifiers (name, email address, phone number) → business/marketing partners.

  • Commercial information (records of products/services purchased) → business/marketing partners.

  • Usage Data → business/marketing partners.

Our Site may link to third-party websites or platforms. Their privacy/security practices and content are their responsibility. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues (including social networks) may be viewable by others. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

Children’s Data

The Services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law (including under 13 in the U.S.). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your Rights

  • Right to Correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Right to Portability (receive a copy and, in some cases, have it transferred to a third party).

  • Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing/Targeted Advertising. You can direct us not to “sell” or “share” your information or to opt out of processing for targeted advertising. Visits with GPC enabled will be treated as an opt-out for that browser/device (and your Shopify account, where we can associate it).

  • Restriction/Objection (EEA/UK). You may ask us to stop or restrict processing.

  • Withdrawal of Consent where processing is based on consent.

  • Appeal any denial of your request by replying to our decision.

  • Marketing Preferences. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link. We may still send non-promotional communications (e.g., order updates).

We may need to verify your identity (e.g., email address or account information). You may designate an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization and direct verification from you where required by law. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied, you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us again, or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For EEA residents, a list of supervisory authorities is available from the European Data Protection Board.

International Users

We may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside your country. If we transfer personal information out of Europe, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (or UK equivalents), unless the destination country has been deemed to provide adequate protection.
